Meet the Team
Founder & Director
Jon has been working in design for over 20 years. Specialising in IV drug delivery systems, Jon has a wealth of knowledge in developing complex medical fluid systems from first concepts through to high volume production.
Jon spends his spare time learning about military history, wandering round European Battlefields and is partial to reliving his rugby playing days through the matches on TV.
Jack graduated with First-Class honours from Sheffield Hallam. Skilled in SolidWorks, Creo and Keyshot, his design experience covers industrial design to mechanical engineering, human factors and graphics, enabling him to take products from concept to production.
Jack is a keen squash player working his way up the local leagues, but also plays and watches rugby too.
Mechanical Development Engineer
Dave honed his engineering skills with Marconi designing microwave hardware, gaining further experience elsewhere designing and installing replica aircraft cabins. He spent a further 19 years of his 56-year career at Global Marine Group as Design Manager designing subsea telecom hardware.
Dave graduated with a 1st in Computer Aided Product Design from Anglia Ruskin University at the age of 51 – just for fun! To relax, he builds and crashes RC aircraft with frightening regularity.
Toby is a postgraduate designer. Having studied aviation engineering, Toby joined as a product designer to work on mechanical and ID projects in the scientific and domestic product sectors. Toby has a bias toward engineering analysis and mechanical science.
In his spare time Toby plays guitar, is into music production, and often treks outside into the mountains.
