After being approached by a microbiologist with a plasticine model of their vision, CDT created a system for dispensing a UV component loaded soap to a user who could then check hand cleanliness using the safe UV light loop.

This system’s importance to the marketplace was cemented by the global COVID pandemic. Using a consumer driven approach, the system has also been configured to industrial/commercial/clinical applications where beyond the COVID issues, everyday hand hygiene is a mandatory requirement – such as clinics, food preparation, laboratories.

A safe low voltage, rechargeable system was also developed not only from the outside, but the core technology too.
